What if my furkid needs a trip to the vet?
In cases where your furkid is on known medications or has a pre-existing medical condition, we will require a $100 deposit for use in emergency. If your dog has to be brought to the vet, you will be informed & this deposit will be used. Amounts exceeding $100 will be collected from owner at the end of the dog’s stay. Owners are liable to pay the vet fees in full, no exclusions. Unused portions will be returned at the end of the dog’s stay.
Please note that we use: Animal & Avian Veterinary Clinic (Non emergency) / Animal Recovery Veterinary Centre (Balestier) (Emergency)
However, feel free to leave the name card of the vet of your choice & if it is nothing serious, I'll bring him/her to where he/she is used to.

What should I bring when my buddy boards for the night?
  • Food
Please pack enough food for the entire stay. It's best not to change his/her diet while away from home. If your furkid eats wet food mixed with dry, feel free to bring it.If your furkid requires home cooked food, please pack them individually or if it requires home cooked food, we will be most glad to do it for your cat at an additional charge of $2/day. Environment and diet change can cause soft stools and a loss of appetite. However, if it is inconvenient to bring your food, we can provide food at additional cost of $3/day.
  • Treats
Feel free to bring your furkid favour treats.
  • Bedding/Blanket/Towel/Toy
You are encouraged to bring anything that might make your furkid happier and more comfortable. Don’t worry, all of this will be provided if you don't wish to bring too many things along!
  • Medication
Daily medication that your furkid need/require while boarding. All medication must be in the original container, clearly labeled with the furkid & owners name and administration instructions from Veterinarian.  Please inform us as to your furkid’s medical problem.
